Return Policy

All unsatisfied due to any reason can return the product but within 10 days from the date of order but all returns would fall under terms and conditions mentioned below:

Terms and Conditions:

– Any type of return has to be made within 10 days from the date of order. Returns can be of against damage, defective product received, quantity mismatch from what ordered or mismatch product showcased.

– Product must be returned in original condition as received by the buyer any tampering with the product returned may lead to cancellation of return and A2Dmotors.com (Attention To Detail) will not be liable or entitled to provide any refund to the buyer.

– All returns should have the same the order details provided on the packet once the buyer receives the same (i.e. Order Number and buyer complete name, address with contact details should be mentioned while returning).

– Supporting proves are more than mandatory as it will help buyer to get resolution faster, supporting essentials are required (like the Images of the product if received in bad state than expected, Images product not performing as it supposed to be, Mismatch of product showed than received not limited, etc.) proof of the products are must.

– If product will be found not as per the description we at (A2Dmotors.com) will take action and provide the resolution at the earliest.

– Please Note: All returns request by the buyers are to be sent by buyers at their own cost.

– Return order replacements or refunds would be processed once the product is received back to us at our facility (Attention To Detail) and only after it passes inspection of quantity, quality and damage.

– Product returned but fail to pass the inspection of quantity, quality, damage, damage to the packaging (box provided), missing parts, missing quantity of products sent to the buyer, any exchange of product or parts by the buyer will directly lead to rejection of return request made by the buyer and (Attention To Detail) will not be liable to offer any refund, replacement or compensation against these misconducts.

– While taking the delivery of the order please ensure that order packet is in good shape and it is not tempered with in any way as later return would be rejected on these type complaints. And if you receive such packet just click a picture and reject the delivery of the order packet also inform us so that action can be taken against the same.

– Please Note: Attention To Detail hold complete rights to reject return request if found that return request is made for fun, fraudulent, fake, unacceptable or product is out of return policy and warranty provided with the same (As mentioned).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation initiated by website:

There will be times where we would not be able to take your orders or you would like to cancel the same due to certain reasons, please be noted that A2Dmotors.com hold and reveres complete rights at its discretion to cancel, refuse or put on hold and cancel due to any reason whatsoever. It will be in some rare circumstances in which orders needs to be cancelled and they can be:

– Unavailability of product or service.

– Quantity order is unavailable.

– Error in pricing or information displayed on the website.

– Issues with product lot which cannot be provided for sale or distribution of orders placed by buyer/buyers.

– Area serviceability of the courier partner.

– Error encountered while dispatching the orders due to any reason (not limited).

– Fake order or inaccurate information provide in the shipping details and address.

– Products ordered for purpose of reselling by any means or medium (offline / online not limited) all such users would be banned and orders would be cancelled with immediate effects.

– Order placed multiple times to create a stop lot and block inventory of any product may lead to cancellation of one or all orders.

Before the order is placed we may or may not require additional information or verification from user to ensure order to be placed is correct and not fake.

If an order is canceled due to any reason then same will communicated to the buyer (user) and if the order was prepaid then amount paid while placing the order exactly the same will be reversed in the bank account of the buyer (user).


Cancellation by buyer (user)

A cancellation request can only be placed by the buyer before they receive the order dispatch notification. Once the order packet has been dispatched no cancellation request can be entertained.

All the rights are reserved with A2Dmotrs.com whether to accept or decline the cancellation request at any stage of the order e.g.: picked, packed or dispatched. If the order has been canceled upon the request of the buyer (user) the notification of the same will be provided to the buyer, also if the order is prepaid, the amount paid by the buyer at the time of purchase will be reversed back to the buyer in the account.
